the penthouse belongs to artist Craig Nassi in Denver and was designed by John Moinzad and David Hintgen. While the interior is quite contemporary, even minimal, the neutral palette is cozy and cool.
The architectural details in the dining room are fantastic as are the concrete table(s).
Love the tile fireplace with the marble surround.
