food for thought: an oscar worthy dip, and the winner is...

If you happen to be throwing an Oscar party this Sunday, the following dip recipe from Food Network is a definite winner...
not to mention low-fat when made with reduced fat cream cheese and sour cream. I made it last Saturday while visiting the family, and let's just say I didn't get very much of it.

I served it in a small fondue pot to keep it warm and served it with Wheat Thins flat bread. I think it would also be delish served with simple crostini.
