The pesto love continued Tuesday evening with a Pesto & Portobello Panini, sooooo good!2 C packed basil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 C pine nuts
1/3 C extra virgin olive oil
1/2 C grated Parmesan
Blend basil, garlic and pine nuts in a food processor or blender. Gradually add olive oil until blended. Place in a bowl, stir in Parmesan and season with S & P.
