food for thought: super tasty salmon cakes

I'm on the run again today, so just a quick share of a super tasty dish I made last Saturday...and believe me, they are tasty and oh so easy! The recipe is from Self Magazine, so the cakes are low in fat and calories, not to mention good for you too. The Cakes are served with greens, so the buttermilk included in the sauce is for the dressing. I had a different salad with mine, so I omitted the buttermilk and made more of a tartar sauce, sooooo good!
